Refund & Return Policy

Mystic Moon Memos creates two kinds of products: digital downloads and printed editions made to order. Because of the nature of these offerings, all sales are final.

Here's why — transparently:

Digital Products (printable journals, downloadable card decks, PDF guides)
Once a digital file has been delivered to your inbox, it cannot be "returned." The file is yours to keep, use, and revisit forever. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on digital products once the download link has been issued.

Printed Editions (Celestial Passage, future hardcover offerings)
Our printed journals are produced one at a time by Lulu Press, our print partner. Each book is created specifically for you after your order is placed — there is no shelf inventory it can return to. For this reason, printed editions are also final-sale.

What we do offer:

- Detailed previews on every product page so you know exactly what you're receiving before you buy
- Direct contact if you have questions before ordering — reach us at getyourhealthylife@gmail.com and we'll answer honestly
- Production guarantees — if your printed book arrives damaged from the printer or is materially different from what was advertised, contact us at getyourhealthylife@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll work with Lulu to make it right at no cost to you

We don't bury this policy in fine print because we want you to be sure before you buy. If you're not sure, please reach out — we'd rather answer your questions than process a regret.
